Many people have a grain at least once in their life. There are others how will have to take the challenge again and again and not only have a pimple, they will get a face full or worse a complete body of this annoying and frustrating problem. Sometimes the skin cells form together and cause clogging pores. Bacteria in the pores are what cause inflammation and this is what brings on a pimple. When bacteria begin to fail when you see it start to grain in the skin. There are many kinds of grains and there are different causes for most of them. Pimples are grains that remain beneath the surface of the skin. There are black dots on the surface of the skin and are dark. There are papules which are small pink bumps that can be painful to the skin as well. Grains are pustules that are red on the bottom and have pus on top of it. Nodules are large and very painful. They are deep in the skin and cause irritation to the person who has it. Cysts are deep and painful, so, again filled with pus, and may cause scarring of the skin as well. No one knows the real cause of acne. There are many things that doctors think Bring It On, and can cause different people. The hormones in pregnant women is one thing that can be a factor in acne. Hormones are another reason why teenagers get acne. If a woman is starting or ending contraceptive pills, this can cause pimples to begin in your body. Some forms of medicine are another cause of acne and is the reason why many women get it. Some make up brands are greasy and it will have on the same ingredients that make some women burst. You can usually tell this if the acne begins when applying makeup. You should try to stick to the hypoallergenic brands that will be tough for the skin. Many times acne will run in the family. This is called hereditary and there is simply no way around it. You have to understand and deal with the problem as best you can. If your mother had bad acne, you probably will too. Just treat it before, so you can get the problem under control faster and not have to deal with so late in life.
